Synopsis

POINT BLANK! Batman learns that Alpha planted a cold fusion nuclear bomb in Gotham City that could kill 30,000 people, and the only way to find it is to make Alpha talk. Batgirl tells him that Alpha has amnesia and believes he is a secret agent. To find the bomb, Batgirl tells "Michael" that his mission was to find Alpha and foil the bomb plot.   Alpha recognizes a restaurant and goes inside where some customers recognize him. He fights them, which brings back his memory of killing and horrified him. He tells Batgirl he doesn't want to remember anymore, but Batgirl assures him that as a secret agent, he only did what he needed to do.  Alpha suddenly remembers where the bomb is and takes her to an abandoned mineshaft. He is surprised that his phone activates the monetary and that he remembers the deactivation code, but before he can tell her the full code, his memory returns entirely and he pulls a gun on her.   Batgirl reasons with Alpha, who does not believe he can be anything other than an assassin. She shows him her face, and he recognizes her as the girl Cain was training to be an assassin. She assures him, "You can change. You can." Alpha runs out of the mineshaft but inputs his remote access deactivation code, saving Gotham.   Batgirl returns to the Gotham Clock Tower where she tells Batman and Oracle that Alpha is dead. The man formerly known as Alpha, meanwhile, stands on a sunlit beach.
